First off they chose a wide width white oak solid hardwood floor. Once installed, we sanded the wood down and applied a Nordic White water based stain. This can really bring out the graining of the wood. Then we applied two coats of a water based hardwood floor finish. This was a very unique job with very unique flooring and finishes. We think they look fantastic and really loved working on this floor.
