This red oak, solid hardwood flooring was in the kitchen, dining room and hall. We sanded down the existing finish and filled any gaps and cracks that the sanding wouldn't get rid of (you can only sand down so far before ruining the hardwood). Then we applied an Early American stain and 3 coats of a top quality hardwood floor finish. This was on oil based finish and we think it came out great. We can bring the life back to your old, worn out hardwood floors!
