All of the furniture must be removed before we can refinish any hardwood flooring. As you can see by the pictures, the floors were bare of furniture when we sanded down the existing finish. Then we brushed on a Provincial stain. Once dry, we applied 3 coats of a high quality, oil based finish. This top coat is extremely durable and can withstand normal wear and tear for years to come! We can make your hardwood floors look new again.
