Here is a home in Milford that wanted their existing carpet and engineered hardwood flooring torn out and new hardwood solid flooring installed. We removed the old flooring, installed 4" wide red oak planks with stair treads. Then we sanded everything down and applied provincial stain. We finished the job with 3 coats of a high quality, oil based floor finish. We think it came out great!
