Once hardwood flooring is installed in place of any soft surface flooring (such as carpet), the value of the home goes up approx. 90% of the price paid for the new hardwood flooring. This can really add value to the home and save money in the long run because carpet adds no value to a home whereas hardwood does! Once the carpet was removed, we installed a solid white oak hardwood floor and sealed it. The homeowner wanted the natural color and beauty to show through so no stain color was added. Once dry we applied 3 coats of a high quality floor finish. It came out fantastic!
