We sanded down the existing hardwood floor and stained it with a trendy warm gray stain. Once that dried, we applied 3 coats of a high quality oil based floor finish with a satin sheen. This new color to their old hardwood flooring really rejuvenated the overall look of the home. All of the soft tones really worked well together and presented a very pleasing final product!
