Prefinished hardwood flooring can be a bear to sand down because of the UV cured finish that was applied at the factory. But once the flooring starts to show it's wear then that's when we come in. We sanded down the factory finish, sealed the hickory flooring then applied 3 coats of a super durable water based floor finish. This can really bring out the natural beauty of solid hickory flooring!
