To make everything look right, we had to lace in the new hardwood flooring to the existing hardwood floors. Once that's done, we can sand down the new and existing hardwood flooring to remove the original finish and smooth down the new unfinished hardwood flooring we had installed. We then applied Provincial wood stain to the surface and coated it with 3 coats of high quality wood finish. As you can see in the pictures, the hardwood flooring came out fantastic. Everything looks like it was installed and finished at the same time.
