We went right down to the joists on this house in Farmington Hills! Once we accessed the damage, we then worked to rectify the problem. We interlaced new hardwood flooring into the old hardwood flooring once the base floor was repaired and rebuilt. Then we sanded down the existing floor along with our new repair and applied a dark brown walnut colored stain. Then we finished it with three coats of high grade hardwood floor oil base finish.
