Here we have a smaller home in Berkley MI that needed a new hardwood floor installed in the kitchen and the rest of the house. We ripped up the old, worn out flooring and installed new, unfinished solid hardwood flooring. This hardwood flooring is solid red oak, 3/4" thick, 3" wide and select and better grade. Once we installed the new floor, we then sanded it down and stained it with Espresso stain and then applied 3 coats of a high quality oil base finish. This job was approx 900 sq ft and the hardwood floor brings added value to the home.
