Novi has seen years of new homes being built and as they age the floors need to be replaced, updated or refinished (in the case of hardwood flooring). We here at Boardwalk Floors have seen a fairly substantial increase of wood flooring in need of refinishing lately. Here we have a picture of one of these homes that we updated. Their existing floor was a solid, 3/4" thick oak hardwood floor. We sanded down the finish and stained it. Then we applied 2 coats of a high quality urethane floor finish. Now the hardwood flooring looks new again! We can make your hardwood floors look new again too!
